We had booked a room for group of 22 people in Bubaneshwar. OYO executive asked me to pay around 30% advance payment to confirm the booking and they said balance can be paid at the hotel. However, when the guests arrived at the hotel late at night, the hotel denied admission, behaved very inhumanely and closed the main door. The group had nowhere to spend the night. It is the responsibility of oyo to coordinate with the hotel property and ensure that they are informed. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE SERVICE by OYO. They are an epitome of how one can provide horrible service. OYO needs to be sued for mental harassment and trauma. Also, the advance paid did not get refunded
