Oyo website was reflecting the availability of rooms in the hotel Stay By the way n in actual none rooms were available.
I had done the bookings, the amount of 2298 was transacted by me, later I came to know there weren't any rooms available when I called the property manager.
I was forced to make a cancellation of the stay where in actual oyo website had done a fraud by reflecting the availability of rooms n haven't yet refunded my amount even after multiple follow up n instead saying they will consider the case as cancellation n only refund 1149Rs..
