Oyo Rooms — Fraud company, took my money and not bothering to refund

I booked a property through oyo and without informing me they shifted me to another hotel after the check in time. After 1.5 hours of conversation, they said they will get back and now they are saying that no refund will be provided. I feel like this is the worst experience i could have got
