Oyo Rooms — fraud for room

Hii, i booked room from OYO rooms near to new delhi, mahipalpur in the name of Hotel Goodluck House. When we reached there they said Air conditioners were not working due to short circuit. Then we contacted to OYO rooms and they said we will send you in next hotel but they never did. we were waiting there for their call for atleast 3 hours then they send a person from the hotel Aero Look. when we reached to the next hotel reffered by OYO then they said we didnot have any contact with OYO rooms and OYO rooms CUSTOMER CARE said we will refund you money after a call but its been 3 days they never call. but when we approached them they said we cannot refund you money because you checked out from that hotel. They didnot return the money of RS1000 .Thats their customer satisfaction. They are big frauds.### off with your services. ###
