Oyo Rooms — Fraud payment call and I booking information leak | |||||
I want to draw your attention to the incident that happened On 11 September 2021, I had received a call from an OYO representative ([protected]), asking for payment of Rs. 2928/- for booking confirmation. After making a successful payment I haven't received any confirmations. When I tried to contact customer care they are not ready to help me with this. I don't understand how that person knows every detail about my booking. He knows everything in detail that means OYO management is very careless about customers sensitive data. This is unfair that company are not trustworthy right now. I am attaching the screenshot of the payment so that you can be sure and check if the action has been initiated by any of your representatives. Please let me know further steps to protect my account in the future. Also, let me know if there is a possibility to recover my hard-earned savings.
