Firstly,
I make a booking on oyo app on 25/09/2022. booking ID- IKJE7445. When go for check in Hotel refused to do so that is why I cancelled the booking. i paid amount already.
Secondly,
At same time i try to contact to oyo customer care but they were un reachable. i made booking second time booking ID- V15N1426. when check in second hotel they charged extra 800 Rs. by showing in app that this amount is pending. This case is complete fraud as well as cyber crime. I tried several time to contact Oyo customer care service team. but they are not reachable or may be they do not want to contact.
Therefore it is requested to you kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.
