Hello team,
I have an active booking under my name in Ahmedabad. The hotel's name is - Townhouse 1025 Hotel Kia Residency. My booking ID is - NFWC4476
I have my booking from 7th June to 22nd June.
Over the time of my visits to the city, I had earned INR 5273 in OYO Rupee which is a completely usable token on the application.
So, my hotel was costing me around INR 17912/- But since I had INR 5273/- In my OYO rupee wallet, the cost calculation came down to this -
[protected] = INR 12, 639/-
So, I selected the option of paying with OYO rupee and I paid INR 12, 639/-
When I reached my hotel, I was told that I need to pay INR 5273/- the exact same amount as I have in my OYO rupee as they were not able to select it.
I am a working individual and they asked me to pay the same money, despite me having the same money in my account.
I have screenshots and screen recordings of every little detail that is required.
When I tried to make a booking on the application using the option of OYO rupee, they don't let the payment through. They don't let me book the hotel. That, I have in video proof. Apart from that, the moment I unselect the option o[censored]sing OYO rupee, they process the payment across.
I am a working individual and I have time and again tried getting in touch with them to help me here and find a solution for this because I might have another booking coming up. But they just keep tossing me around. It has been 7 days please help me find justice.
This is mental harassment.
