My booking id is LZXM6946. The total price of the hotel i booked was showing 12115. Coupon discount applied was 5452. Oyo money applied was 1161. I paid 5502 through Paytm wallet. I cancelled the booking by calling the customer care executive. The refund i received was 3503. I did not receive the full amount of 5502. The amount of 1999 is still pending. The refund details shown in the app is also wrong.
Also, although I paid full amount at the time of booking, extra charges were shown in the app later on several times. Even after calling and correcting the mistake several times, extra charges were shown. Now, i have not received my full refund amount. Please help.
