I have stayed in two Oyo hotels from 19 May 2022 to 23 May 2022 and 23 May 2022 to 25 May 2022 respectively. The Booking ID'S for both hotels are C9R10438 and L7334605 . I have called Oyo helpline number[protected] multiple times however no one was able to give me GST bills and all they provide is payment receipt which is of no use for me. I have also mailed [protected]@oyorooms.com and [protected]@oyosupport.com but I have not received any reply from them. I don't know why it is so hard for them provide a simple GST bill. I am tired of connecting them and these people don't really understand how important GST bill is as it needs to be utilized for company reimbursement.
