[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — gst invoice and fake promises

I had made 6 bookings with oyo over a span of 7 days. The hotel partner refused providing any invoice at during check out and said oyo will provide invoice. Even after multiple reminders and calls to oyo, i have not received the gst invoice for any of the bookings. It has been pending for a month now. Their call centre keeps putting me on hold for hours or keeps promising call backs that never are made. I have raised the complaint via oyo app too but no one has gotten back to me so far. How can oyo refuse to provide gst invoice?
