[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — gst invoice not provided

While booking, I asked Oyo agent through call that am booking three different rooms for three different persons and need three different bills. The agent said that's not a problem and has asked details of all the three including their full name and company name. Since this being a corporate booking and I need to submit the invoice to my company, I again pinged the customer care through chat to mention this as a gentle reminder. So that while getting invoice I will not face any problem. This guy Nitesh who's your agent comes up saying you will only get one invoice. If this is the case, I will be claimed only 12000 by my company and the remaining amount of 24600 remains unclaimed. This loss would be because of wrong commitment made by your agent on day one of the booking.
I also have checked out of the hotel two days before and still got only a payment receipt only on my that too without the GSTIN details. I have mentioned GSTIN details to the agent while booking through phone. None of what promised was done.
