I made 2 online hotel stay reservations via OYO app with check-in dates as 19th and 20th August each with the 20th and 21st as checkout dates respectively. I haven't received the GST invoice yet, and I have been following up via phone since then. Already tickets were raised but no follow-ups or solutions were made yet.
They will either place on hold or drop the call. The payment was made online via the OYO app, and I have not received any invoices as of yet.
The GST invoice has already been selected and details have been entered into their app as well.
I am in need of GST invoice as I was on official purpose and the invoices have to be submitted to the employer. If I cant submit the invoice by end of the month, same will be deducted from my salary. Either provide me with the GST invoice by EOM or refund the booking amount.
