Oyo Rooms — GST Invoice not received for stay and I am unable to submit claim to business travel

I have booked hotel with OYO app and provided the GST details in the app to get GST invoice to submit & claim the bills to my company against my travel expenditures. I have reached out to OYO call center few times and no support received. Call center forward the call to hotel manager and hotel manager says OYO is supposed to provide the invoice
