[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — harassment and pathetic service by oyo | |||
Hi authorities, i had a booking at royal elite booking id was ulky7861. This to inform you about the latest incident where i have booked the hotel room with oyo but the services was denied and i have to roam on the road in mumbai which is not my home city and i am completely stranger here. I made booking at near about 8:30 in evening and when i reached the location as per oyo application there was hotel by that name. When i called the customer first agent did not come back after putting me on hold . Second agent despite of having all my information with he was asking stupid question and irritated knowingly as they did not had any resolution. Not only this the hotels which i booked through other sources also said oyo does not pay them on time and this leads to bad service to customer and harassment. The third agent told me the hotel personals were not taking their calls and their number was switched off. So he connected me to some who could transfer my booking to any other near hotel but for no luck and after 30 min of conversation keeping me on hold knowingly so he had not to answer my queries, he denied that he cannot give me any relocation as he had no hotel available and ask me look for the secondary option saying look for non oyo hotels. That was really shocking and the most poorest services i ever got. This has caused me a lot harassment and mental stress. I was travelling since previous night 10 pm and i was in desperate need of rest. due to the bad behavior of the customer care i had to wander here and there looking for stay. Resulting i had to roam/wander on road till 11:30 in the night in a strange city. I had to take a flight 4 am in the morning and i was sleepless. The customer care guy did not even bothered to think about the situation and he called himself a supervisor/manger. When i asked him to transfer the call to some who could really help he denied for that as well saying there was no one senior to him. This is the type of service oyo is giving to customer. This had happened third time to and these bloodsuckers crossed all the limit. For them money matters not the life of person. Any mis-happening could have happened as i was frustrated with the services and moreover for me mumbai is total new city and i was completely stranger. They made me suffer mentally, physically and financially so i please help to resister a complaint. I am attaching the call conversation for your reference.
