[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — harassment by oyo customer care

I made a booking through oyo and when i reached the property they denied me checkin by saying there hotel is booked after that i booked another oyo and i made online payment and when i reached that place the hotel manager asked for double the booking money and harshley said do whatever u want to do. This happened at 8 pm after that i tried calling oyo and customer care kept me rotating from one oyo property to another and telling me that sorry u will not get room here. I was sent from one oyo property to another from 8 pm to 12 pm and after hearing all the scenario my calls were disconnected by customer care 4-5 time that too after making me wait for 45 mins atleast each time. And later on the hotel which was provided to me was disgusting at that moment iasked customer care to refund me coz i did not wanted to stay in that pathetic hotel and i was ready to sleep in my car only but there was no response from oyo side and they said its late and they cant refund me. I saint the disgusted photos to oyo. There was vomit in my washroom the bed linen was so dirty and when i called oyo about it and the hotel ownere thn hotel owner told me all there linen is in laundry and they dont have any. I talked to customer care and they told me that i will be getting call back from higher oyo representative buy i have been waiting for call back from higher authority of oyo since last one week. They were suppose to call me as told by the customer care executive. But nobody called and when i am trying to call oyo everysingle time i mean everysingle time my call is being dropped. Today only i have called them more thn 20 times and every single time i have to tell them this whole storey and when they transfer my call the calls are disconnected from there side. They just tell me there higher authority will call me back. And there is so much more which i can not put into words but the harassment i have faced on my last oyo booking i will not let that whole incidence go unnoticed. I have sent emails after emails and i havemt received respinse.
