I booked an oyo room MFQT9573 today and i paid the amount through paytm and when i reached the hotel there was no booking from my name even i showed the property owner my booking and amount paid and then he said there is some technical issue going with Oyo app and he said u need to cancel this.
And then i booked it from my friend’s account.
So i need to know when I’ll be getting my refund for MFQT9573 this.

It was not expeceted from oyo that they gonna start such kind of things and there assistances is soo poor.
So being a prime member of oyo i would suggest don’t book there Room.

    Hi,

    This is probably the third time that I have a complaint regarding Oyo and it's customer service team. I was looking to book a hotel in Neral/Karjat/Lonavla. However the decent ones, were sold out. Alright, I can understand if they are sold out for one weekend? But upto Nov? I raised this issue to 4 different guest managers via the oyo ping app, and all of them have done nothing but apologise and say they cannot help. Writing mails to you people is useless, as it seems that probably the same type of people reply there.

    Is Oyo going to be forever incompetent to solve my issues? Cause I am seriously considering deleting my account, due to your pathetic service, not just once but so many times.

And we are decided get out this hotel. I have compliant on helpline number... No one give me refund please resolve my problem and I have paid this room...

        Subject:- complain lodge.

        Dear sir

        With reference to the subject cited above, it is to state that the undersigned had booked a
        Hotel namely “the elgin retreat-oyo 29004” date:- 3rd aug - 4th aug-2019, vide
        Booking id: ms0t1679 followed by a confirmation stay message from your end, which is
        Attached as annexure-i.
        Mention to be made that the full payment for the above mentioned hotel was paid in
        Advance. Upon arrival at the said property, the management of “the elgin retreat-oyo
        29004” denied for check-in mentioning “low-tariff issue”. It is also pertinent to mention
        That no such message was forwarded from your end to me, rather a confirmatory call and
        Text message was sent mentioning that my stay was confirmed.
        That sir, then the undersigned repeatedly called your customer care executive no.
        [protected] for many times, and finally after many attempts i was moved into capital oyo
        2921 hotel nakshatra with the same booking id as stated above vide case id 18611418.
        The capital oyo 2921 hotel nakshatra again denied us to check in as they don’t allow
        Unmarried guests. Then, the undersigned again tried to call your executive but he mentioned
        That its beyond oyo policy to stay odd-gender’s stay anywhere and disconnected.
        That sir, the undersigned tried to cancel all bookings and made it afresh, but an additional
        Cancellation amount of rs.1960/- is charged, attached as annexure-ii. So i cant book any
        Further oyos.
        That sir, i along with my two female guests was harassed which leads to mental agony,
        Safety of female is solely placed upon my shoulders, cancellation of all plans due to above
        Mentioned scenarios, neither got any refund money that i paid to oyo in advance nor stay
        Which leads to financial loss only because of oravel stays private limited (Oyo).
        Therefore, i fervently request you to be benevolent enough to look into the matter and
        Compensate it with necessary amount that i had to bear along with my advance money
        Within a short period of time otherwise i am bound to knock the door of law for the end of
        Justice.

          On 24/08/2019 to 25/08/2019 i booked (Nduv5691) one room in lonavala (Hotel spot on kerla hills around 12km from lonavala railway station) through oyo booking and i reached that hotel then they told from last one month onwards, we are blocked this property, said sorry. Then i called oyo customer they wasted my time around 30min and disconnected my call. Then after sometime again i called they said sir, near this property no rooms are available please go to lonavala railway station there is one room available. From lonaval railway station to hotel (Spot on) i spent 400 rupees, then they are again saying go to lonavala railway station. Then i said cancel the room, they send one mail like below.

            I made a booking through oyo and when i reached the property they denied me checkin by saying there hotel is booked after that i booked another oyo and i made online payment and when i reached that place the hotel manager asked for double the booking money and harshley said do whatever u want to do.             We booked a room at hotel solitair nagpur (Maha.) from 22 aug. To 24 aug with terrif rs.2186/-. Goibibo booking id - htll7sb9sg. Hotel booking id -[protected]. Hotel refuge to give me room on this terrif and demanded rs.3000/-for 2 night stay. For avoiding inconvinience to my family i paid rs.3000/-for room. This is clearcut case of cheating with custmor by hotel and oyo. Please look into the matter immediatly and short out such problems. Please provide refund to me additional money taken by me.               I had booked oyo room at oyo 13750 sri krishna comforts, bannur road, mysore.
              The check in wa on 24th august 19 and check out was 25th aug 2019
              Booking id - uwja5802
              This booking was for 3 adults, the rent asked to pay was rs 1279.
              Which was paid through my credit card.
              When i reached the above hotel, they informed me that the hotel has no longer tie up with oyo and they dont have any rooms and there is no vacancy. I had to search some other hotel myself and come back
              On 25/8/19 the oyo customer care calls me from chandigarh (Phone[protected] and tells me sorry for the problem and promised me to refund. After some time i received a message that rs 280 will be refunded for not providing the oyo room. I have paid rs.1279, but they messeged me for rs 280. Why,? Infact they have to refund full amount and also compensate for the utter inconvenience caused. I have got every right to get the total amount paid, as there is no mistake from my end.

                I called oyo customer care she said if you cancel within 25th amount is fully refundable and she cancelled the booking.
                And now oyo people are telling you can't refund my amount as it's bulk booking.
                It's mistake from oyo side i need my amount fully refund.
                And oyo customer care people are # people telling already refund initiated on 25th august i did not get single rupees.
                Please take immediate action on these #s who are cheating indians

                  I have booked a hotel in amritsar via oyo rooms for 18th june 2019. When i reached there with family, hotel refused to accept our booking, as per hotel they don’t give rooms to oyo, they don’ t have service. And even hotel told me that we were not the first customer who came for oyo rooms, oyo is taking booking without hotel’s knowledge. I called up oyo customer care and informed about my situation, there was a lady that side then talked to that hotel and confirmed about same incident and cancelled my booking there and couldn’t able to arrange any other accomodation. And initiated my refund and asked me to wait 7 working days. Now its 25th of aug and still i didn’t receive my money. Called up them several time and every time they asked to wait for another 2 to 3 days and nothing happening.

                    Sir i have lots and lots of issues regarding your service, and management

                    I have raised complain so many time that i can even foget and they always say that our supporting team will contact you and didnt get any kind of call

                    I[censored] all have time they check my complain history (Oyo rupee issue) i have earned 700 oyo rupee by referring
                    And they deducted it without any booking
                    And when i spoke them about this matter they always say that u will get a call and all dat # and nothing happens

                    And the worst part is they always resolve my problem without resolving it in reality.

                        My booking at oyo at booking spot on 44321 akash h s, booking no. Ifbw8135spot on 44321 hotel denied booking telling the hotel was shut down. Since i had done 3 rooms booking for a day for 25th august 2019 for my parents and their friends and they faced lot of problems in searching a new hotel. There was no response i am getting from oyo assist (The customer servise) of oyo. Now its a clear mistake of oyo and now they are not providing me any refund out of total payment made of rs.902.

                          I booked 1 room for 2, yesterday night at oyo 28062 kamla shree, maharana pratap nagar, bhopal.

                          Name - nikita

                          Date-24/08/19

                          Booking id:wibc7403

                          At the time of booking the room price was showing 805+145 of oyo wallet and it was demanding a complete payment. I paid 805 through my debit card and 145 from oyo wallet.
                          After the whole payment, at the hotel they started saying that the room price is 999 and you have to pay cash. There were no changes in the app price.
                          I contacted oyo assistant and got a reply that oyo cannot do anything in this, you have to pay to the hotel.
                          The price was different in the app and the hotel staff was demanding a different price.

                          Another issue, they showed complimentary breakfast at the time of booking and now they are denying for that. Oyo assistant replies the same that they cannot do anything in this matter also. This is hotel business way.

                          My father is on a medical condition and this was very unfair. Troubled a lot.

                            Hii sir

                            I booked a hotel in agra by oyo room on 24 august 2019 to 25 august 2019.
                            I paid the amount of hotel by online when i checkin in the room so the room o very dirty and unhygienic..
                            Bedsheets, pillow, wasroom fiitings, and more...

                            I asked hotel staff to change it and clean room so they told me we have only this if you need any thing talk to oyo.

                            I called oyo customer care atleast 15 times..

                            I called around 8 pm night on 24 august so they assure me sir we will solve the issue within 2 hour but no reponse from there side.

                            10 pm i called but they cut my call..

                            Please help.

                            Please help me to get my money back with compensation..

                              I have booked a room in 'SPOT ON 37766 Hotel Aastha' in Muzaffapur, Bihar for my guest/relative with booking id- 'VFCE8542' and made the payment of INR 1299/- online in advance. On reaching the hotel, they denied check-in saying they do not have any association with OYO.

                              In order to accommodate my guest, I tried booking another nearby hotel 'Hotel Sanskar' through OYO but this time I chose not to pay in advance, this hotel also denied check-in citing same reason of not having any association with OYO and again INR 109 was deducted by OYO for cancellation. At last, I had to book another hotel myself by directing reaching there (without OYO).

                              Since the hotel checkin in 'SPOT ON 37766 Hotel Aastha
                              was not denied, I have contacted OYO customer support 5-7 times for refunding my money but no success so far, its been close to 4 months. The last complaint ticket no is '16681445' as on 15 June 2019.

                              Before writing this complaint, today also I tried reaching oyo support team twice and they kept me on hold saying they will connect me to the escalation manager but the line got abruptly disconnected after being on hold for 8-10 minutes twice. Further, I did not receive any call back. I also submitted a complaint today on OYO website (helpdesk) but did not receive any acknowledgement over email or call.

                              Can you please help me getting my money refunded back to my account?

                              After posting here, I got a call almost after 2 months. They asked the account details for refund..I provided the same day.. they credited the refund amount that day only..It took me 6 months to get my money back...One lesson I got.. never pay in advance

                                I made a booking from 23 Aug to 25 Aug in hotel OYO flagship 23620 VJR heights. I reached the room by around 12 AM in midnight and I was not allowed to check in.

                                Reason was the rooms are over booked and they do not any rooms available.

                                I called OYO and they were recommending me the room which are almost 2 KMS+ from the place I booked and mostly away from the place I do my course.

                                The case was not resolved and I have been waiting for the solution until 5 30 AM from OYO. I already faced the same issue in prior weeks and the feedback I got from hotel manager s are that OYO does not pay to the hotels properly so they don't want to give rooms.

                                Instead of giving me the solution for the torture I face between 12 AM to 5 30 AM in the mid night. OYO was simply saying they will refund my payment I made and I can arrange my own property, which was a irresponsible answer.

                                The issue is not yet resolved but my booking got auto cancelled and I got a message that I never checked in coz of which it was cancelled.

                                Now when I call customer care I am getting only answer that our Relationship managers will call you. I am waiting for call since morning 11 am no calls till now.

                                Note - I got no refund, no solution for my problem also no proper apology for the torture I faced full night due to OYO

                                I am having all audio recordings with me and I am planning take this legally if no proper response is given to me.

                                I was trying to attach the audio files I had but the format was not getting supported

                                  Oyo entire call center team does not have knowledge or equipped enough to handle customer queries.

                                  Booking id lprx1290 (4nights)

                                  I have raised complaint last night through oyo app and as well calling call center but so far there is no 1% courtesy to call or check my concern.

                                  In last 1 month i have booked oyo rooms 4 times in different cities n hotel, out of which i had problems in 3 hotels, during this time when i called your call center, they are not helpful at all rather in simple words there behavior is like an robot, agent n supervisor have disconnected my call (Robot are such better than call center team).

                                  Oyo call center agent, supervisor and guest manager are handling customers just for heck of sake.

                                  I also have huge observations on oyo, will share detailed email in different threat.

                                  Horrible service. OYO doesn't refund the money to customers even after complaining more than 10 times. This organisation is not fit to run the business. looks like a fraudulent business is being run openly cheating customers. seems like the hotels and OYO are under an agreement to cheat customers by using their booking money.

                                  My booking ID - IJTH4736 for the month of July 11th 2019 at OYO 37872 GK Residency - Tirupathi was denied checkin by the hotel owner saying there is no rooms available. i have been following up with OYO from July 11th until date and there is no resolution for this. I have not got my refund until date instead just messages from OYO telling we are sorry, apologies. No one needs their sorry or apology instead refund the customers money, which would prove that the business is a genuine one.

                                  please do not use OYO, it only knows to cheat customers.

                                    I have made a booking for oyo 546 flagship for 23rd aug to 25th aug, but the customer service agent changed the booking from 23rd aug to 24th aug, and i was not aware about this now the hotel ask us to leave the room on 24th aug i called oyo several time to resolve the issue but they didn't care. Please look in this and please contact me as soon as possible.

                                      Please take this complaint seriously.
                                      I had made a bulk booking at the 15228 property of 13 double & 14 triple sharing rooms on 17th Aug. Following are some issues that made our stay very very unpleasant-
                                      1. The rooms were not given to us on time. Guests had to wait in the lobby till 2:30. While we had told Anurag and Vijay that our guests will start coming in by 12.
                                      2. WE WERE ASKED TO MAKE ALL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE - Anurag suggested the without full payment they cannot give us room and no food will be made available for the guests for Lunch and next morning. We made the advance payment at 10 AM in cash.
                                      3. Since there was management and guests had to wait for hours outside I called Anurag to check on what Is the issue and how it can be solved. The sales person Mr. Anurag stopped picking my calls. Never even replied back despite calling him multiple times.
                                      3. We were told to be patient with only 4 staff members trying to to cater to 45 guests with only 4 rooms being made available on time.
                                      4. The utensils were only to serve 30 guests while we had told them in advance (also payed for food in advance) that we will have 45 members eat lunch on 17th Aug. Our guests had to reach out to kitchen to fetch chapatis, dal and other things
                                      5. The food vendor blamed the property and there was no one at the property to take that blame.
                                      6. We had informed the property that we will need 14 triple sharing rooms but the provision for extra beds were done for only 5 rooms only.

                                      Earlier we had very good experience of Oyo but based on this experience, I will never recommend anyone to buy your rooms in bulk. Very unpleasant experience and unprofessional behaviour at your behalf.

                                      Our entire event left a very bad taste.
