[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — harassment to me | |||
Recently i booked the Room for 1 and 2 june in rishiskesh but in morining when i called to hotel they are denied the booking and ask me to call oyo but when i called the oyo, oyo every time put my CALL ON hold arroun 30 to 45 minutes, and every person saye i will call you in 2 minutes and 3 minutes and no call me back, and also not refund my payment, after that when i was triyng to cancel my booking from app then they charged cancelllation charge 1777 ruppee, full i call them but no one resopse . very worst and poor serivce, and today i got the feed back call from oyo side, she said sir how was the hotel sevice, what is the ### is this ..
