[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — haven't received a refund since last 16 days

I’m Gaurav. I canceled my booking for a hotel on 4th june and as per the call from oyo and email they said they have intiated the full refund of the amount but I’m still about to get my money back. I tried calling the customer care several time and they tell me they will connect me through senior department but after waiting 10 minutes they cut my call. I’m fed up of this. Pathetic service. Jul 3, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I have received the refund today(3rd july) after exactly a month of waiting. After all the hoops and difficulties I’m glad I received my money back but I won’t be paying in advance for any of my booking on oyo. I’m very thankful for this forum. I did a booking on 31st december to 1st jan, afrer reaching to my destination the hotel staff told us that they don't have any tie up with Oyo now. We had to suffer . Now it's been almost 10 months besides after many calls nd messages they are not refunding my money.
