I had made a booking at Oyo townhouse 597 Halcyon Tara Residency on 07/04/2022 at about 1 AM. We reached the property to checkin but the receptionist denied it saying the AC is unserviceable in the entire hotel and asked to cancel the booking. On asking about the refund, he said cancel it and then talk to the customer service regarding the same, they will provide it. Having no prior experience with using the app, I cancelled the booking and asked for a refund citing the reason. The agent denied it. On asking for escalation, he said the escalation team would call. But they never called. I had even written to [protected]@oyoroom.com multiple times but no one responds. Pathetic user interface, is non reliable for new customers and such irresponsible customer service agents. I want my refund because I didnt use the service as the hotel had asked to cancel it, none of hotel's money had gone waste. Was this information helpful? |
