While booking I provided all the information about number of people and child plus their age to customer care executive mr Shailendra and he was agreed and confirmed that we don't need to pay any amount apart of deal amount mentioned during the call however now hotel manager is asking extra amount for the child having age more then 5 yrs but it should have highlighted while booking, which is not done by executive even when we check-in hotel eXecutive didnt update us for such policy hence we r not going to pay that extra mattress used by our child because we would have not book this property if such information were shaews with us while booking.
I am not going to pay any amount apart of of my online booking amount because OYO customer care executive asked all the information regarding total number of people so he must have informed us before we initiated online payment of hotel.
Need OYO management to bear the amount whatever is going to charge by hotel manager or OYO has to bear the amount as we are not going to pay any extra charges for my children . Was this information helpful? |
