[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — history and app cannot be deleted and causing fraud cases

Oyo doesn't allow me to delete booking history either on the app or even when i have called them multiple times. This is a privacy issue and oyo doesn't seem to be bothered even after multiple requests. I'm greatly aggrieved and want my details removed immediately so it doesn't fall in wrong hands. Such data can be used to blackmail unsuspecting people and fraudulent transactions too could happen. Privacy issue kindly take this as priority complaint Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Oct 04, 2018 Updated by Sverna7 Oyo rooms is not responding and taking this issue as on priority. Despite of several mails and calls done it is not deleting the accounts and history which is a major privacy issue.
