I want report a very bad experience i had with this booking

(Friday 10th may to monday 13th may)
I arrived at the hotel late at 12:15 am after a 9 hour drive from pune. I was with my wife for our anniversary weekend. I checked in, when i got to the floor of my room, there was a party going on in adjacent two rooms with doors open, around 15 college students completely drunk and dancing. Literally spilling liquor in the corridor.
I complained to the reception, they told me they are the guest of the owner. I called customer care at 12:30 to report it. Customer care personnel “mr shubhankar” asked the reception to control the people. But the receptionist acknowledged he had already tried thrice, but to was of no use.
I asked customer care to kindly shift me another oyo hotel. They took the request and said the shifting department will call me.
But there was no return call for 15 mins. So i called customer care 4 times later again till 2:00 am, with some interval in between. I got the same response “ the shifting department will contact me “.
In the mean time a oyo personnel came to the property, and saw the problem. He said that shifting was not in his hand and that shifting department will co-ordinate. But till 2 am there was no response.
Finally i couldn’t stay outside as my wife was with me, nor could i go into the hotel. It was almost 2:30 am.
So i booked another oyo hotel

I thought i could settle the issue in morning.in morning i called twice to the customer care. They transferred my call to shifting department but no one answered. It was check out time.
I had to make another booking till monday as i had no other choice

I requested oyo to kindly cancel and refund my money for the booking id” ocag0872 “ cause i didn’t stay there.
There was a serious lapse from the customer care department, i was assured i will be shifted but no one co-ordinated or even called me.
I was with my wife and i couldn’t take any chance with those drunk college students next door.
You have all the details. I have provided you with all the booking ids kindly check when i booked them. You will understand what happened.
I am expecting a refund for the booking id - ocag0872.
As i have done the booking for same dates in other oyo hotels in the hope that i will get the refund if i book oyo again.
I always trusted the oyo brand. I was impressed everytime in my previous bookings. But this was a horrible expirence. Please i request you to kindly take this matter seriously.
Oyo should maintain its standard along with its exponential expansion.
This was the first time i was scared for my family
