On 22nd may 2019, i booked two rooms in Manali, Hotel River View, booking ID is OYO23522 from 24th may to 27th may.
I paid room reservation amount of Rs 3860/- via credit card, and opted rest amount to be paid during check in i.e Rs 9007/-.
When i reached the hotel on due date, receptionist denied that they have any booking confirmation from OYO. He also told me that his contract with OYO was already expired on 31th March 2019.
Immediately i looked for another hotel, this caused me huge inconvenience as we were two families with 3 children's.
when i talked to OYO customer, they advised me to opted there another property but i refuses there offer and demanded for refund of my reservation amount i.e. Rs 3860/-, representative of OYO agreed for that.
After two days i call again for the status, this time another representative listen my full incident and put the hotel receptionist on conference call, hotel admin repeated the same words whatever he said to me, than oyo person said that he will talked to his senior and call me back, but no call come.
When i reached to my town, i again call the OYO, this time they said that their system showing the status that i have checked in on due that submittted the rest amount and checked out as per the booking.
This put in deep shock that how it could be possible.
i decided to register a complaint against OYO.
