[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — hotel authority refused to accept oyo booking

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

I have booked room vide reference no. Bhmg7084 at oyo 44114 (Grand guest house, chennai) for august 28-29.
When reached the hotel for checking the hotel authority refused to accept oyo booking. As per the receptionist if full payment paid at reception, only checking is possible. At last there is no other option paid full amount at reception and checked in. The same mater inform to oyo but no result i was waiting over phone from 11pm to 12.30 night as per oyo customer service but no result. This irresponsible service can't excuse. Before i go for further complaints please let me know any action has taken by you to stop such incidents so that in future some others can save from mentally torcher by oyo.
