[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Hotel booked for a event changed without approval

I booked 18 rooms through oyo for my 50+ guests for an event planned.this booking was done last month back. Meanwhile invites have been printed and circulated for the event planned.today suddenly i get a message from oyo saying that my booking ia shifted to some other hotel as this hotel is not available.need to highlight that bookings were made in this hotel by oyo as only this hotel could accomodate so many guests. Have been chasing cc and response i got is that i can cancel my bookings but they cant do anything. Im done with oyo. Its not only financial loss but so much of mental harassment as now i need to inform all the guests about the revision. Extremely unprofessional team and my first and last experience with oyo. And after seeing quantum of complaints about them, it's confirm that they are fraud and no action will be taken by them.
