I had booked hotel on 21st may for dates 6th june to 8th june and paid full amount. On 1st june i received a message saying due to unavoidable circumstances we want to shift you to other hotel. I did that, then on 2nd june i again received the same message, i called hotel to confirm my booking, hotel confirmed it. But later without my knowledge or confirmation they shifted me to some other hotel. I tried calling the customer support they either don't pick or keep on waiting till the call gets automatically disconnected. I have cancelled my booking, but i didn't receive any mail regarding it. A good way to cheat people oyo rooms.
