[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Hotel cancelled last moment and showed sold out | |||
I had few foreigner friends travelling to Chandigarh for whom I am made booking at OYO rooms. The hotel called and confirmed with them in the evening and asked for the checkin time as well but just before reaching the place, they got a mail saying there booking got cancelled just because the person didn't pick up his phone while travelling (which the hotel made the second time). They didn't even wait till the time given by the guests to Hotel for checkin which was 10 pm. Above that, when I called the customer care of OYO rooms, the person talked rudely and said he cant do anything about it. He even said arrogantly that I can complain if I want. I regret trusting these new companies which don't even have business ethics. Above that, it was such a huge embarrassment infront of my guests who specially came to visit India. My booking id VTKW5389 and booking date was 16th March 2016. Was this information helpful? | |||
