We use oyo's Banglore Mysore coorg ooty package 24/5/19to 30/5/19 package id HQBX2073 for 4 person but in ooty & mysore miss Chaya Kumari booked for 3 person so that my all family (4 person) not check in hotel sunshine grand for one and half hours so we paid extra 2000 rupees against room. I am complaint to oyo helpline & chhaya Kumari but nobody help to me. Chhaya Kumari not attend my call. After next evening at 8.00pm same thing happened in Mysore hotel Anurag Inn, next day l am complain to oyo mysore office team HR manager Mr. Pankaj, he assured to me to refund my money which was paid extra money except my package within 7days & not repeat the hotel's issue which happens in ooty& mysore. Till today Mr. Pankaj don't refund my money so I reply OYO was very much worst services. Particularly miss chhaya Kumari, Mr. Avinash manager operations team, Arun, Kashish, Ashish & Mr. Pankaj mysore team very much worst person's. Was this information helpful? |
