I booked an oyo property(oyo10454 hotel riviera)my booking ID (GAK94669) on 26th july 2022.I booked through oyo app with which I was supposed to pay rs300 but at the time of check-in the receptionist asked us to pay 1200 and was denying check in at the amount shown on the app...it was 4am, we came from chennai with a patient and can’t just shift hotels at that time of the day I called oyo customer care but they did nothing to help me, ultimately I had to shell out rs1200...very poor coordination between the oyo and the hotel...it is an erratic experience altogether...plz do something about it...
