[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Hotel denied check in and partial refund

I booked Oyo hotel Mumbai residency in kurla mumbai from 4th April to 6th April. Booking id: HBUG1855. Hotel denied my check in by giving reason of all rooms occupied. Even though hotel denied booking Oyo deducted cancellation charges from me. I had paid 2285 rs and Oyo refunded only 1202 rs. Why customer has to suffer due to hotels negligence. Pre payment is causing very loss now.
