Oyo Rooms — Hotel denied check in so I cancelled it need full amount refund.

Yesterday i have made hotel booking, ID : GV9H2809.

Team, Hotel is not allowing us to check in it was really pathetic and very worst situation, my self and my wife kept stand outside of the hotel, they said we have discontinued with OYO and one of hotel person asked my mobile and he cancelled the booking order, pls check booking time and cancelled timing, i want to take this issue seriously how come they said online booking not acceptable??? Then why these hotels available in OYA?

Also such a worst customer service experience, i have been trying to reach customer care people for more than 2 hours, everybody just keeping the call hold for more than 10mins and disconnecting the call, Don't you have quality team for your customer care service.

I want to review all my calls which has been made with customer service call, My registered number is [protected], Also i need a refund of full amount, because of this issue i am very depressed and in mental agony
