I booked a hotel in oyo on 17/05/2023 booking id is IEKB1085 and payment is also done via gpay( added screenshot for booking and payment).
My check-in date is 20/05/2023.
Today morning I called the Hotel for confirmation, hotel manager said like I need to pay 500 rs extra. So I called oyo help team and informed about the same, one of your customer service person kept me on hold and spoke with hotel and oyo manager and later said like issue is resolved you can check-in without any issues. So I went to the hotel, again that hotel manager denied my check-in request. This time he said like all rooms are sold out. But I payed for the room on 17/05/2023.
Again I tried to contact oyo help desk. They were saying you check in with different hotels but those hotels have low ratings. I didn’t accept it.
Without my concern some different hotel got book which is showing in the oyo app. ( adding screenshot for that too)
Because of you guys, my hole vacation plan got spoiled.
How can you deny my check-in even though I paid full amount in advance.
I travelled 70 Km from my local to this hotel. Is this a joke to say we don’t have rooms.
Necessary action should be taken regarding this issue.
I’m not going to leave this issue just like, plaining to take legal action against oyo. There is nothing wrong from my side. Oyo made my day terrible.
