Its for second time that i have faced issue with oyo services & consistent failure of oyo customer care to avail support on both of issues.
On 3rd sept. 2018 i was travelling from darbhanga to patna (Bihar) & i made booking on oyo for date 03 oct. To 04 oct. At 8pm (03 oct.) so as to get room in patna but when i arrived in patna around 12.40 am (04 oct.), property owner denied to checkin the hotel.
Regarding same i escalate issue to customer care on oyo ([protected]) & brief all details but no resolution i got from there as customer care used to put my call on hold for better resolution & finally made my call disconnect.
After 1-2 hours of continue follow-up on resolution there was no support from oyo customer care & finally i have to approach for nearby hotel checkin which cost me 3 times more than oyo booked amount.
Next day i got mail from oyo guest management regarding gst invoice of hotel that i had booked later on behalf of customer service failure from oyo, so i shared the same but not get any kind of revert till now.
Inshort - oyo just making benefits & customer service is not important in oyo business. Was this information helpful? |
