[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Hotel denied to checking after payment and did not get refund

I made a booking for 2 days at OYO 12519 Hotel Sun Palace and made payment also. When I went to check in at 2am they denied because they have no vacancies. They just gave my room to someone else.

When called Oyo they said that the hotel manager marked my booking as checked in and they cannot do anything they again mark it as checked out.

When the hotel marked it as checked out, they initiated the refund but the amount went to OYO MONEY instated of my original payment source.

I want my money in my original payment source and not in OYO money.

I raised multiple tickets but nor resolved. Called multiple times but they just put my call on hold and finally cut it.
