[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — hotel is not accepting booking done from oyo

I have booked OYO hotel on 31st December and went to hotel reception but they denied booking saying they didn't receive money from OYO.
I called OYO customer care and literally talked with 7 people. They are just apologizing to me but not giving me other hotel or my money back.
After trying 7-8 calls they are not receiving my call.
I booked this hotel worth of 2300, paid online.

Please take some serious action on OYO as they are fooling customers.
