I had done the booking online and also done the full payment, but at the time of check-in the hotel is saying that there is no such booking and on calling the customer care no. The are also saying to wait there.
It has been more then 1hr waiting at the hotel reception but no response from oyo has been received to me.
On calling again and again they are saying to wait there or you will receive a transfer, now it is 10 pm and we have reached the hotel by uber from railway station. Now if Was this information helpful? |
