[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel management | |
Hi i am achit gwari have checked in at oyo rooms in delhi. The service provided by ur partner hotel (Hotel tryfenna) is really pathetic as no one is available ever at the room service or reception. Ordered something last night didn't receive the item after one and a half hour when called to enquire about it first the person didn't even know if i had ordered something then said the kitchen is busy. This is the worst oyo i have ever checked in. Ordered a tea in the morning i don't think it takes one hour to prepare tea even if it does i guess they making a very special one because still haven't received it. Hotel staff is really poor. I guess this is the last time i'm using oyo because even when u book expensive hotels aswell these things are habitual with ur hotel partners. Thank you Archit gwari Was this information helpful? | |
