I had booked a hotel in Lucknow on 19th February, 2022. The amount I paid was 2435 using google pay. As soon as I booked the hotel using OYO app, the money got deducted from my bank account but I in the app it showed that transaction is failed. It asked me to pay again. I called customer care and they confirmed that payment has bee made from my end and they are initiating refund, however I did not receive any SMS/Email or even no where in the app it showed that refund has been initiated.
I called them again asking about it they told me to hold for good 5-10 mins and later they cut the call. Every time i try calling them the call gets transferred to new representative and they repeat the same process of asking me to wait and eventually cutting the call.
This is a very negligent behaviour from OYO Rooms, my money was not refunded and neither any confirmation was provided to me that refund has been initiated.
