It is to bring your kind knowledge that the stay was horrible in the hotel royal crowne, kolkata. Even no complement drinking water is supplied in the rooms. The hotel didn't have any restaurant for food. Room design is so pathetic, no tea table was available in the rooms. Bath room mirror is not even suitable for shaving. Some parts of the hotel is still under constructions, the rooms are full of dust and mosquitoes. No lift is available. So you may consider this hotel is not suitable for stay.
