[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel pandav pachmari 3614 | |
I have booked 1 delux room for 3 nights in oyo hotel pandav 3614, they provide me confirmation for booking and booking id as well and charge full amount advance without cancellation policy, At the time of check in they provide small room in hotel pandav inn 3612, and said that their is an issue in that hotel and they can't give that room for 1 day and you have to adjust in this room only. Also they said if i want to stay in better room in their hotel i have to pay extra amount for that room. Such a ridiculous oyo member and hotel manager. They just give wronge commitment and worst services. Zero rating for oyorooms. Was this information helpful? | |
