I had made a booking for deluxe 3x which is a big room for 2 but they provided me the classic 2x which is too small to accomodate having room no. 103.
The room bed was smelling and the water was not comming also. The room beside mine was occupied by many boys which was partying loudly and all this made us feel unsecure to stay their. Nd we decided to check out within an hour.
When at the time of check out the receptionist without asked me take my phone and by saying that they was searching booking id started rating the experiences, i suddenly looked and take my phone before they do and said i will rate you not u on your themselves.. They are so cunning..
One of the staff of the hotelier had staring my friend so long which makes me disappointed it was totally a bad experience for me with oyo as i had booked first time.
I had talked so much and made complaint regarding this but no resolution is given from their side. I totally tired to talk and repeat the same thing from 3 days but no escalation is provided.
Please kindly provide my refund of rs 1117 for the services charged but not used. Was this information helpful? |
