Dear oyo,

This is very unfortunate and it was my 1st booking with you. You took the
Full amount but the hotel is not ready to give me room saving they have
Canceled the contract with you as you don't pay them.
Now tell me why should you deduct my money because of your own fault?
I tried several time to contact you over the phone but you are not
Reachable.
So want my full refund.
