[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel relocated without my permission, relocated hotel denied check in, my refund still not paid

OYO is very bad.
i have booked a room 3months before and paid for it, just before 2 weeks of check in date, i get a message saying that i have been shifted to near by hotel for some reasons. on check in date i went to hotel with family they denied room for the rate which i have paid. hotel management clearly saying that do not book hotel and pay through online, remember this is a oyo tagged hotel, oyo system is completely lost its control over properties, i have cancelled my room on the spot, my refund is still not through after 2 weeks. i suggest dont ever book a hotel in OYO listed properties and face embarrassment as your time and money is lost.

Dates 14th December to 15th december - OYO 42399 SDP spoorthi comforts.

relocated with out my permissoin to OYO49598 Adyah Comforts for same dates
