[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Hotel room | |||||
I checked into oyo rooms kunnumpuram near fort cochin on 30/11/2016 and stayed for a day, when i checked the oyo app they have mentioned that the hotel accepts card payments but the hotel actually doesn't accept cards, and they have mentioned power back up but if the power goes the ac wont work, and they have also mentioned that there is in house restaurant but the hotel doesn't have. And also oyo has mentioned that the hotel has dining area but when i checked with the hotel reception they said they do not even allow food inside, but the hotels restrictions are not mentioned on oyo app. I made a complaint to oyo about the same but no response.
