I have highlighted the issue accross various social media platforms and mailed the same to all the executives at oyo. Kindly respond with some action taken.
After the disastrous experience at oyo 16723 hotel stay bridge (Customer id: kgqy1390), i book the next stay again on oyo thinking this time my experience would be better. But guess what? It turns out worse. Below are my stay details and experience:

I want a refund for my stay at this property. Following are the reasons for me asking my refund:
1] the property did not have electricity for 7 hours, from 11 am to 5 pm. That means in this weather i could not use ac, fans, lights or even wi-fi
2] no water from afternoon 3 pm till the next morning 12 pm. They provided us with one bucket of water when asked for again and again. How can we bath, use washrooms or do anything?
3] so basically i paid for no wifi, no ac, no fans, no lights, no water nothing. So what did i pay for? The customer service and hotel cleanliness is extremely poor in this property. You can confirm all the above details from the hotel authorities about the absence of electricity and water and poor customer service from the hotel reception.
If such are the experiences a loyal oyo customer is getting again and again, then maybe it's time to switch and stop giving more chances to oyo properties!
Kindly initiate the process of my refund of tarriff rs 999/- at the earliest because i don't understand for what did i pay 999?
Did not have breakfast, ac, wifi, fan, electricity, water, peace of mind then why did i spend 999?
