[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — hotel samudra neel bakkhali denied check in for confirmed booking on 10th to 12 th august 2019 | |
I had my confirmed booking at hotel samudra neel bakkhali on 10th to 12th august 2019 through oyo rooms (Booking id tvuh1059), but at the time of check in on 10/08/19 the hotel official denied the booking confirmation and informed that the same has been cancelled and informed to oyo without my knowledge. On contacting the local executive mr. Atanu das ([protected]) he has no solution and asked me to search for another hotel. On contacting the oyo helpline they informed that booking id tvuh1059 is showing confirmed status in oyo system still then and appolise regarding the incident & requested to cancel the booking. Seeing this how can we trust on oyo & who is liable for the harrasment i have faced with my family for the full day for getting another hotel since there was no hotel available on that day since it was a block holiday.
