I booked a room in the hotel ravin through oyo rooms no. 688 i checked in hotel at 3.30 pm. I am given room no. 302 and paid full amount rs. 1289 at the counter. When i went in the room the ac was not working properly. I made complaint my room was changed to 305 but it's ac is also not working properly. I had logged the complaint at oyo on phone but neither ac is working nor they refunding my amount. I am great suffering in hot temperature.
