Oyo Rooms — Hotel sold out after confirmed booking and refund not issued

I recently booked 3 rooms in OYO Flagship Sree Lakshmi Comforts on 18.5.2023.I made a payment of rupees 1750/- for booking confirmation and my partial booking was done.When I went to the hotel for checking in, I was
denied check in and the hotel said me that the rooms were already sold out and Oyo did'nt inform me.I booked the rooms via Booking.com
I need my refund.I am mentioning required details below.
