My booking ID HQPF6254 for OYO 43486 Hari Vilas bhawan vrindavan denied check in on 28thJuly, 2019 due to dispute between oyo and hotelier as Oyo is not processing their payments on time. On the other hand we were told by hotelier that they could have accommodate us if we had chosen pay at hotel option. Then i called Oyo customer care number and given my phone to hotelier for resolution but at the end we were offered to modify our booking at other Oyo property. We were exhausted and tired so we decide to go back Delhi. In a meantime hotelier offered us to book their property again and pay us directly so we were trying to do so but again hotelier refused because net amount reflecting over Oyo portal was Rs 580 which seems to him unprofitable as he said he has to give Oyo Rs 150 as commission so he will not have sufficient profit in taking this booking at Rs 580.
We were suffered at night due to all this rubish behavior shown by hotelier. Completely disappointed due to which I am writing here. I have a call records of their discussions as a supportive evidence.
