[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — hotelier denied for check in

I have booked a hotels on oyorooms, booking id ldgo3028 at spot on 39561 hotel deep at jaipur from 31.10.19 to 01.11.19. When i reached hotel at 11.30 pm hotelier denied to check in. I have called to oyo, they hold me near about 30 minutes and disconnect the call. Again i called oyo the same thing happened again. Now its 12.25 am midnight. Finally i tried again and called oyo this time they said they are searching properties and disconnect the call.
I am new here in jaipur. This time didnt get any cab or auto for shifting.

No cabs available.i have booked through oyo. If oyo dont have rooms then why confirmed my booking?
